Nico de Villiers joins soprano Bronwen Forbay (Furman University, Greenville SC) and baritone Christiaan Bester (Oklahoma State University, Stillwater OK) in a lecture-recital to introduce the essentials of Afrikaans lyric diction while highlighting the richness, depth, and socio-political context of its art song repertoire for soprano and baritone.
